ALL DISABLED SUPPORTERS - Once membership has been obtained we will correspond with you in order to provide the information which you will need to make applications for match tickets. Applications are normally made via a phone-in procedure and supporters using this procedure will, after a period of time, have the opportunity to be placed on a rota for ticket allocation. In certain circumstances you may make an application by post or by e-mail but the number of places so available is restricted ensure a fair and reasonable distribution.

VISUALLY IMPAIRED - Each visually impaired supporter must provide MUDSA with a copy of their registration document or equivalent. Ticket applications are then normally made via telephone using a prescribed procedure about which you will be fully informed.

AMBULATORY DISABLED - This refers to people for whom the nature of their physical disability does not necessitate the use of a wheelchair. There are special ticket application forms which identify a part of the stadium specifically modified to ease access and egress.
